 Its a heavy mango season in Samoa. However, there has been a new innovation for the use of the mango tree in Samoa. The most talked about topic at the kavabowls around the Apia beachroad has been the discovery last week of marijuana plants at the top of a mango tree No one has owned up yet to putting the marijuana plants at the top of the mango tree. However the undercover police have been able to observe an unusual number of people congregating under the mango tree and watching the marijuana plants last week             |
