 Whispers are that alot more than 7 members of the HRPP registered their protest against the Government introducing the change to the right hand drive at the HRPP caucus meeting last Friday The kava bowls around the Apia Beach Road are speculating whether the internal struggle in the HRPP will lead to the withdrawal of the bill being introduced to change the normal driving to the left of the road using right hand drive vehicles             |
