Government Bodies Central Bank of Samoa Citizen X called the Central Bank of Samoa Research Division on Wednesday afternoon requesting Foreign Trade Report and Economic Performance Indicator report. The usual contact person for Citizen X was conducting a presentation and unavailable however the female that answered the phone volunteered to help. After the request was put forth, the email of Citizen X was requested the female promised to relay the message and attend to the request herself. Exactly 35 minutes after the request was made, the appropriate documentation was in the inbox of Citizen X, and a further hour after that the original contact person took the initiative of forwarding all other relevant reports to Citizen X. Timing: Excellent Personnel: Excellent Overall Service Rating: Exceptional Samoa Tourism Authority Citizen X contacted the Samoa Tourism Authority office on Thursday, and requested for the Research Division or person responsible for the Tourist Arrival and Departure statistics. Citizen X was informed that the appropriate personnel was unavailable and out on a work assignment, but the female who answered offered to assist. After the request was made and the email address given, the STA officer promised to send the documents. Less than an hour after the conversation, the requested document was in the inbox of Citizen X.
