He is also held in high regard by the international banking community.

Leasi Tommy Scanlan has been head of the Central Bank of Samoa since 1989 when the position was first localised.

As Governor, Leasi Tommy Scanlan is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Samoa.

Great to know that we do have family that are up there.! Of course that is you uncle.! You are doing a great job over there, not only representing our family, but also our people of Samoa, to be able to let them know that they can do anythin if they put their minds and hearts to it. You are definately a great examply and an influence to us all. I thank God to this day that we have somone like you looking after the family. God bless you on many endevours to come uncle.!
