Sala Theodore Sialau Toalepai Re-Appointed as General Manager for Samoa Shipping Services.

The Samoan Cabinet has approved the re-appointment of Sala Theodore Sialau Toalepai as the General Manager for the Samoa Shipping Services for the next three years.

This position was advertised for expression of interest from the public. Only two expressed interest and were also short listed.

As identified by members of the Samoa Shipping Services Board, Sala is well experienced and has the maturity to continue in his role.





 

Sala Theodore Sialau Toalepai graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Samoa. He is married with three childre

Samoa Shipping Services Ltd was incorporated in June 1978 and commenced operations soon after. The core activities and functions of the company include providing Samoan seafarers crewing services for International ship owners, acts as ship agent, stevedores and provided for ship supplies, carry out ship management and charterers functions and act as the official designated agent for the promotion of the Government of Samoa Ship Registry, including its subsidiary, Samoa Maritime Trust Ltd.
