Minister of Education , Toomata Alapati cutiing ribbon to new wing

The Parents, Teachers, and Students of Vaimea village are a proud community this week with the opening of a new wing for the primary school yesterday, that cost more than $360,000.
The Vaimea Primary School met about a third of the cost for the project and the rest by Japan’s international assistance programme, JICA.
Added help for landscaping work on the site was carried out by Moana Westerlund of Westerlund Construction.
The Prime Minister Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi officially opened the new building that houses 6 classrooms for Year 1 to Year 8 students.
Included is a toilet block and waterpumps for the schools water supply system.
