A High Risk Time of the Year

With one of out of 5 Samoan adults predicted to be at risk with getting diabetes, over eating during the Xmas holidays is becoming a very high risk period Recent statistics released by the Health authorities have shown the alarming high health risks which could become a major burden for the country in looking after the sick in the future. The rising waiting list of patients at the dialysis unit at Motootua has shown that Samoa is now in the midst of the a major health crisis.
