It happens every year. You're cruising along, sticking to your diet, and then the Christmas and New Year holidays come. The food, relatives, and stress make so many people slip up during this time and then decide to eat their way to end January before starting the resolution to lose weight at end January Our best advice is that you stay strong and finish the year slim. You can let New Year's eve celebrations be your cheat day for the week — but if you do, don't let any leftovers stay in your house. Otherwise it's too easy to nibble on the left over BBQ all week.The other option is to enjoy the flavours of the palusami, povi masina and ham without going overboard. You can fill up on steamed veges and palusami without the rich coconut cream. The advice of our health experts is eat smart today and you — and your waistline — will be thankful you did. Have an enjoyable New Year and stay disciplined with your diet and health plans.You do not need to fool your self of another New Year's resolution to delay your diet till after the January.
