11 Days Before Hong Kong 7s

With 11 days before the Manu Samoa 7s starts their defence of their Hong Kong rugby 7s title, the Head Coach has this weekend lifted the intensity of the trainning sessions for his team in Samoa The Manu Samoa 7s team is now concentrating on putting themselves through extreme situations this weekend at their beach camp to test their endurance and mental toughness
