Segavao II Has Blitzed Its Way To Second Win

The Segavao II this morning dispelled all doubts from its close and controversial win on Monday by biltzing its way to the finishing line way ahead of the Tavaesina, La O Samoa and Telefoni ole Vainuu who came in at second, third and fourth placing respectively. The Segavao II captained by Vaimasenuu Zita Martel was able to get clear from the rest of the other fautasi boats right from the start of the race this morning in contrast to the problems it had to face last Monday when a number of fautasi boats were impeding their race from the starting line. The race today allowed the use of the "modern"scoop oars.The Segavao II used their scoop oars whilst the Tavaesina used traditional oars.
