TOURISTS : Traveling guests from the PACIFIC DAWN were seen throughout the day walking along the seawall, to and from the wharf into Apia for a closer look and for a spot of curiosity
shopping.

Pacific Dawn added to the continuing flow of tourists visiting Samoa by sea, when it docked at the Matautu-tai wharf yesterday.
Members of the local tourism industry were at their best to welcome their guests and to make them feel welcome by hosting them to several planned activities for their short stay.
Most were bussed around Apia and to the rural villages for a sightseeing tour of the island and to selected destinations.
Throughout the day, others were seen walking, along the seawall, to and from the wharf into Apia for a closer look and for a spot of curiosity shopping.
Cruise ship visits are now a regular occurrence for Samoa, mostly arriving into Apia. Recent attempts with smaller luxury liners have been extended to the bigger island of Savaii, making use of the Salelologa wharf.
Local Agents for Pacific Dawn, Pacific Forum Line were responsible for co-ordinating
