However, to be brutally honest ... I feel that as a kiwi born samoan the quota is too high! We already have plenty of samoans here in NZ .. why do we need another 1000 each year?? I was born and raised in Otara ...and believe it or not, Otara was once a nice place to live and shop. Now I would rather waste gas and shop elsewhere then go to Otara Shopping centre and see all the dirty, disgusting Samoans who look as if they just woke up, grabbed some ugly ie lavalava, didn't change their shirt, forgot to comb their hair and put on a bra!!! I am totally embarrassed and disgusted by them. You can tell the samoans from our other polynesian neighbours. My husband who is non samoan even comments saying 'you can tell the samoans' ... they look like they just came out of a bush! And then you see the news and half the criminals are samoan born! I say, shut the borders! we have enough polynesians here to last a lifetime.
