It does creates lots of oppotunity for some of our people...Meaning jobs will b available,oppotunity for our young generation that they haven't finish their grades,& mostly of the majority of Samoa people eager to learn new skills..I know few people they want to help Samoa by investing in the Gov.And give Samoa people a chance to stay home rather leaving their loved one behind searching 4 gold & diamond overseas. The question is????Who do we trust in the Government????Its a bit scary though...But as i said why not.Take the Risk...If investos loose ,,,2 bad Samoa never loose we still survive....
