Government to Government talks needs to re-establish Human Rights issues with Immigration and Quota's. The Word Quota is so slavery driven, last Samoan on the boat please keep rowing. I see Reforms in this area of Samoa policy and needs revisit. Why is it a Quota? Do we Quota N.Z Citizens and such? Is their a need for reform based on performance linked. For instance, when a proffesor from Samoa immigrates to New Zealand is he part of the quota? And if so, why? Is he not a productive member of Samoan Society? or is the Immigration policy one of preference and or racist?
