No disrespect to Satu but i doubt he knows anything about orthopedics. From what i understand he is a GP, equivalent to a Primary physician in the States. Therefore he doesn't perform any type of surgeries. Therefore, he IS NOT the best in Samoa. One more thing, some doctors like to keep a low profile and not want to get into the politics of medicine. They focus solely on treating their patients. The fame means nothing to them. Just something to think about.
